Before joining UBS he was part of the Investment Advisory team with Citibank in Dubai. Prior to moving to the region in 2012 he gained extensive experience within the asset management industry.  He served as Risk Analyst for alternative asset management firm Arrow Capital Management in Toronto, Canada.  Previous to that he was an Equity Analyst for Galileo Global Equity Advisory Inc. in Toronto, Canada.

Ross holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France and is a CFA charterholder.
