Abbas is a globally acclaimed marketing and insights leader. He is one of the most awarded marketers at Coca-Cola Company having won several Marketing, Insights and Innovation Awards from the Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors.
Currently he leads Global Human Insights for Sparkling beverages that include the flagship Coca-Cola brand as well as Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes. He is also responsible for leading the global view of Macro Forces and Human shifts for the entire portfolio. Previously, he was key part of marketing leadership team for in Middle East North Africa Business Unit having responsibility for occasions marketing, capability development, Music Marketing and franchise marketing for Pakistan
Under Abbas's leadership, Coca-Cola became Marketer of the Year at the Effies, and had won 10+ awards previously in Campaign Asia, Dragons Asia and PAS.
Abbas led campaigns such as Coke Studio which is the largest digital asset of the Coca-Cola Company globally with 9B+ minutes of watch time. He also designed Coke Fest, which is the largest experiential marketing platform in Asia.
