Eliana is currently the Global Consumer Insights Director of the Global Foresights Team. This team mission is to unlock growth opportunities for GMI businesses by identifying and sizing impact of disruptive market forces, creating and unleashing the power of our growth frameworks and modernizing the way we do research. She also serves as the Global Head of the Insights Team for Häagen Dazs.

Across her 11 year tenure at General Mills, she has held a number of positions in Global Consumer insights including: Meals & Baking, Global Dairy SBU (Yogurt & Häagen Dazs), Grain Snacks, Totinos, Mexican & Pillsbury. Eliana is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion for both our employees and our consumers. She led the Multicultural Insights team and was the President General Mills Hispanic Network in 2012.

Eliana received a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar, and a MBA from Rice University.
