Linda brings over 25 years of consumer insights and strategy expertise to her current role as Director of Innovation and Customer Solutions at Datassential. She has extensive experience in the pipeline and calendar planning process, from all aspects of innovation and new product development to long-term brand strategy initiatives. She has worked with a wide variety of restaurants to deliver knowledge, insights and tools that inform, inspire and enable growth.
During her role at Taco Bell as Director of Consumer Insights, she was responsible for creating dynamic food experiences through a multitude of cross-functional initiatives, including consumer-facing innovation and development for a multi-level National Calendar, menu architecture initiatives, brand stretch opportunities such as mobile and delivery, and product margin improvement efforts.
