Mr. Van Note is Senior Airport Consultant with over 30 years’ experience on major airport concessions, airport master planning, and design-build projects worldwide. He has managed a wide range of airport projects including: due diligence analysis for airport concessions; airport master plans; passenger terminal planning and design; forecasting and strategic planning; airfield design and construction; airport site selection; environmental analysis, and financial planning. His hands-on experience in airport planning, design and construction provides a practical, cost-effective approach for any type of airport development project.

Mr. Van Note is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English (native language) and has successfully managed large airport projects in over 20 countries worldwide, including Brazil, Peru, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Mexico, Belize, Turkey, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Venezuela, and the United States. Mr. Van Note effectively develops strong working relationships in different cultures and has led diverse international project teams worldwide. He has also conducted international workshops, presentations, and training sessions for governments, economic development agencies, and airports.
