Tom Walsh has almost 30 years of experience providing consulting services to airports, focused on financial analysis and planning, and bond feasibility studies. He currently is overseeing the airport financial consulting services provided by the Jacobs airport consulting practice (under the LeighFisher name) at Miami, San Francisco, and Boston-Logan international airports, as well as Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport and Santa Barbara Airport.
Mr. Walsh has assisted with financial analyses and related studies at more than 30 airports in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and has supported the issuance of over $12 billion of airport-related bonds in the U.S. municipal markets.
Additionally, during the course of his career, Mr. Walsh has served a wide range of airports of all sizes on financial planning and analysis issues, including the airports serving El Paso, Harrisburg, Long Beach, Portland (Oregon), Portland (Maine), Raleigh-Durham, Santa Barbara, Seattle-Tacoma, Tucson, Wichita, and the State of Hawaii Airports System. Services have included financial planning for capital improvements, airline rates and charges and airline negotiations, financial feasibility studies, PFC application development and PFC financing capacity analysis, strategic financial planning, nonairline revenue and operating expense analysis, and financial planning for master plans.
