Adriano Miranda is a lawyer, works at the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency – ANAC since 2007. Currently, he is the Head of the Airport Economic Regulation Department in ANAC and is part of the Committee of Airport Infrastructure Regulation in the School of Law of Rio de Janeiro - FGV Law Rio.
His recent activities are associated with the Brazilian airport concession process. He has participated in the economic regulation modeling of the concessions of Guarulhos (São Paulo), Viracopos (Campinas) and Brasilia Airports (2011-2012); Galeão (Rio de Janeiro) and Confins (Belo Horizonte) Airports (2012-2013); Fortaleza, Salvador, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre in Brazil (2017), as well as other 22 Brazilian Airports (2020-2021). At present, he participates in Brazil`s next round of Airport concessions, which includes Congonhas (São Paulo) and Santos Dumont (Rio de Janeiro) Airports, and the new bid for Viracopos (Campinas) and São Gonçalo do Amarante (Natal) Airports.
