Daniel Piñán is the Head of Corporate Development North America of Ferrovial Airports, being responsible for the identification and analysis of potential investment opportunities for our division and the selection of suitable partners in the US Market.
Before joining Ferrovial Airports, Daniel was Infrastructure and Real Estate Director in HSBC, London, for the past 9 years. He has a strong transaction track record in infrastructure, engineering, and construction and a vast experience in M&A, structured lending, project finance, and debt advisory, among others.
Daniel started his career in 1998 at Morgan Stanley as Corporate Development Associate. In 2004 he became Structure Loans and Debt Advisory Associate at ABN AMRO Bank, and in 2007 he was appointed Corporate Finance Vice-president at the London offices of Merrill Lynch.
