Elizabeth joined OSI/TBI in 2017 as General Manager and was promoted to President in 2018 upon the acquisition of the entire TBI AM and TBI US portfolio of airport management contracts in the United States by VINCI Airports, one of the largest private airport operators in the world.
As President of OSI/TBI, Elizabeth leads the operation, planning and development of the Orlando-Sanford International Airport (SFB) on behalf of OSI Inc., which operates and manages the airport terminals, ramp and ground handling operations on behalf of the Sanford Airport Authority. Elizabeth provides oversight, guidance, leadership and support for the SFB team and is also be responsible for developing and executing the OSI/TBI strategy throughout the organization.
Elizabeth Brown joined OSI/TBI in 2017. She was previously the Chief Commercial Officer for Otay Tijuana Venture, the owner and operator of the Cross Border Xpress (CBX) terminal in San Diego. Originally from Canada, her career path has included various expatriate assignments including Mexico, Jamaica and Europe, prior to her most recent posting in the United States. She is an airport commercial and business strategy specialist, with over 20 years experience in business development, human resources, communications, marketing and air service development.
As Chief Commercial Officer in Montego Bay, Jamaica she was responsible for a US$40 million a year commercial program and the introduction of new airlines such as JetBlue, WestJet, Southwest Airlines and Transaero from Moscow. In August 2015, Elizabeth joined CBX, as Chief Commercial Officer, where she played a key role in the successful opening of this ground-breaking cross-border facility.
