Jeff Scheferman is the Executive Vice President, North America of CCR Airports.  CCR Airports is a division of the CCR Group (“CCR”).  Founded in 1999, CCR is one of the largest infrastructure P3 groups in the world and the largest in the Americas with a market cap of US$12 billion.  CCR owns and operates businesses in the highway, urban mobility, and airport sectors.  CCR includes its shared services companies that add value to its businesses with unique administration, engineering and technology solutions that are delivered on time and on budget.

Since 2012, CCR Group has been operating airports internationally through its ownership interest in airports throughout Latin America in Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Curacao that, in aggregate, serves over 23 million passengers annually.  CCR’s subsidiary company in the United States, Total Airport Services, operates at eight airports including ORD, LAX and SFO providing freighter ground handling, passenger ground handling, cargo handling/warehousing, passenger and airport support services.

Mr. Scheferman’s airport investment and management career spans over 20 years.  Most recently, he served as CEO of Total Airport Services and currently serves on the Board. Prior to CCR Airports, he was Co-founder, President and CEO of Airports Worldwide, where he built a portfolio of 11 airports under management serving 35 million passengers annually.  Prior to Airports Worldwide, he served as CEO of Colliers International-Los Angeles. He started his career in airports at Airport Group International, where he was Managing Director for Airport Group Australia and Director of Latin America. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Capitol University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ripon College, and the title of Colonel, U.S. Marine Corp (retired).
