Ricardo Fonseca is an economist, with an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in Economics, that is part of the career of Public Policy and Government Management Specialists of the Federal Government of Brazil. Held several jobs in the civil aviation sector, developing woks in the field of access regulation to congested airports, competitive analyzes of the industry, definition of participation rules in airport auctions and the structuring of clusters in recent concessions.
