Event networking made simple
Here is a step-by-step guide to help you make the best use of your networking at GAIM Ops Cayman with the Brella app.
Two weeks before the event, attendees will gain access to event app and networking platform, Brella. Take a look at your fellow attendees and think about who you’d like to meet.
Note you must be a registered attendee to take advantage of these opportunities. If you’re not already registered, click here.
Set up your profile in Brella, and let the matchmaking algorithm recommend people to connect with.
The more complete your profile is, the more helpful the tool will be.
Reach out to other attendees through Brella, and start a conversation. Brella helps you schedule meetings before, during and after the conference. It's also easy to politely decline meeting requests that aren’t interesting to you.
And there's also a dedicated space for meetings set up through Brella onsite if you want to make use of it.
After the event, follow up with your new connections.
If there's anyone you weren’t able to meet on site, you can still use Brella to connect with them.
You'll also receive contact information for every presenting company, making it easy to connect with the people who caught your eye.
