Jeffrey has 20 years' experience in the offshore financial services industry and specialises in the provision of fiduciary services to investment structures, holding companies, management companies and special purpose vehicles.

Jeffrey joined Vistra in 2018 to lead the growth and expansion of services provided by the Vistra Cayman office. Prior to joining Vistra Cayman, Jeffrey was an independent director at a multinational fiduciary services firm. Jeffrey previously served as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs in New York and the Cayman Islands within Goldman Sachs’ fund administration services (GSAS). Jeffrey also previously served as Vice President of Business Strategy for State Street in New York and the Cayman Islands in the Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) business.
