Jennifer Signori
Senior Vice President, ESG and Impact Investing at Neuberger Berman


Jennifer Signori, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2017. Jennifer is on the ESG and Impact Investing team, responsible for integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations across the investment platform and leading the development and execution of impact investing strategies with a focus on private equity as a principal. Previously, Jennifer was a Director at Bridges Fund Management, a specialist impact investing private equity fund manager, where she played a key role in establishing the U.S. presence, including new fund development and executing due diligence and impact management of growth equity, real estate, and social impact bond investments. Jennifer began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she originated and structured syndicated leveraged loans and bonds, working on over $18 billion in transactions, in addition to conducting credit analysis and portfolio management. Jennifer also worked in a number of investment and advisory roles focused on impact investing, including at Imprint Capital and Next Street. Jennifer received a BS of Foreign Service in International Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is on the Principles for Responsible Investment Private Equity Advisory Committee, Wharton Private Equity Venture Capital Association Board, and Impact Management Project Advisory Board.
