Rachel ten Brink is General Partner and co-Founder of Red Bike Capital. Named Entrepreneur Magazines' 100 Powerful Women of 2020, Rachel is a Founder, Board Member, and Investor. Rachel was a Partner at Five Four Ventures, a Venture Capital and venture studio in New York and San Francisco. She was co-founder and CMO of Scentbird, a Y-Combinator backed ecommerce startup that raised $28MM+ in venture funding. Rachel led Growth, Brand and Business Development.  Before this, she spent 20 years at top global CPG companies building billion-brands at Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Gillette, L’Oreal, and Bacardi. She is a mentor at Y Combinator, 500 Startups, Techstars and others, and was recognized as Top 50 Latinx Tech Leaders in the US.

Rachel is one of only 58 Latina women to have raised over $1M in venture funding, one of 54 Latina founders to have been backed by Y Combinator.  As a Latina, she represents 0.1% of VC GPs. She has been featured in Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, WSJ, and Forbes. Originally from Costa Rica, Rachel holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.
