GAIM Ops Connect has been structured to provide multiple touch points throughout the event, so you can easily find and connect with peers and colleagues throughout the industry.

Our innovative digital sessions and event platform will recreate the event experience from roundtables to 1-1 chats, keynotes to the chance encounters that drive new relationships

Virtual networking made easy.

1-1 meetings

Reconnect with peers and meet new contacts with our easy to use 1-1 meeting system. 

Each day of the conference will have dedicated 1-1 meeting time, with Tuesdays and Thursdays dedicated to networking alone.

Casual networking

We may not be able to gather on the beach, but our virtual platform will recreate the casual networking that drive meaningful relationships. 

Virtual social events will be available throughout the week, so you can connect over fun activities like a whiskey tasting, virtual cocktail, or charitable event with others in the industry. 

Our chat functionality will also enable you to jump from a session into a sidebar video chat with other attendees, just like you would bump into someone onsite. You can even invite others to join to create your own small group catch-up or party!

Interactive session formats

More than streamed content, the GAIM Ops Connect agenda blends expert content with a number of sessions dedicated to interactive peer-peer discussions.  

Join peers for a 'Solution Room' discussion to crowdsource best practice, develop a topic network at dedicated roundtables, ask questions of industry experts at Lunch with Leaders sessions, and join closed door peer group meetings to compare notes on the topics that matter to you. 


We’ll open up the virtual platform two weeks before the event, so you can create a profile and start getting to know your fellow attendees. 

The more you say about yourself, the more likely you’ll meet people most relevant to you. 

Make sure your networking starts on the right foot.


Once you've set up your profile, you'll be able to browse the attendee directory to see who else is attending.

Filter job title to narrow down your search and save you hours.

If you see someone you’d like to meet, reach out to them through the platform to make contact or schedule a meeting at a time convenient for both of you.


The networking part of the digital platform enables you to arrange meetings before, during and after the event.

You can have these meetings as one-to-one chats, or invite others for a group discussion.

Once you have found a time that's convenient for both you, the meeting will be added to your personalized event schedule.

Making it easy to have the conversations you want, with the people you want. Wherever you are, and whenever works best for you.


Break-out into small group discussions to debate the issues facing you and your organization. Hear what your peers are thinking about the topic and improve your market knowledge whilst broadening your network.

These small, focused discussion groups will only be available while the event is live - make sure you don't miss out!


After the event, follow up with your new connections. 

The platform will stay open for one week after the event finishes.

So if there's anyone you weren’t able to connect with during the week you can still use the platform to connect with them.
