Colin Holmes is associate counsel with FRT, where he advises institutional investors regarding domestic securities class actions, non-US opt-in securities class actions, opt-out direct securities actions, and antitrust actions. Colin previously worked for over ten years for law firms in Massachusetts and New York, on the plaintiff’s side, representing institutional investors in securities class action litigation, and on the defense side, representing hedge funds and other financial institutions in commercial and securities litigation. Colin received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
