Mark Robertson serves as Eagle Capital’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Eagle Capital is a New York based investment manager that follows a fundamental, research driven approach that seeks to find undervalued companies with unrecognized growth potential in the out years. Prior to joining Eagle Capital in 2016, Mark was a Vice President & Associate General Counsel for nine years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). Mark began his legal career as an Associate in the Corporate Advisory Group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Melbourne, Australia and then joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as an Associate in their Corporate Group in New York. Mark earned his degrees in law and commerce from Deakin University in Australia and his M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
