HOTEL ACCCOMODATION

Demand for rooms can be very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment. GAIM Ops West takes no responsibility for hotel reservations.
Informa Connect does not have a third party hotel booking agency representing this event aside from the above links. If you are contacted to book accommodation by any agency, this is not recommended as they are unknown to Informa Connect and the hotel.
COMPLIMENTARY PASSES
Please refer to your contract for the number of complimentary and discount tickets included with your sponsorship package.
Discount codes will be sent to you via email by Casey.Fearon.US@informa.com and must be registered on the Booking page of your website using the provided codes.

Exhibit spaces are 8'x10'. Power, WiFi, one table, and two chairs are provided complimentary.
Shipment Arrivals: Day 3 prior to event (see SHIPPING INFORMATION section below for further details.
Move-in: December 5th 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Move-out: December 7th 1:30pm - 4:30pm
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipments must be sent directly to the Waldorf Astoria up to 3 days prior to the event. If received earlier, a $5 per box fee will be applied. Please see the resort's Shipping Document for more information.
