He is an international Legal advisor, with dual registration in both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and the Beirut Bar Association (BBA) in Lebanon.
Mehdi has spent the past six years advising all types of blockchain projects on a wide range of matters. Mehdi advises businesses and start-up projects from their initial set-up to their on-going business needs.

The legal uncertainty that blockchain technology has encountered since its widespread adoption and the constantly evolving regulatory approach of different countries at a global scale led to the foundation of Block Leges ®.

Block Leges ® present legal comprehensive show cases of potential configurations that are derived from system designs and their legal implications in different target markets.
Mehdi established the “first-verified” future concept to create a Universal Model Law for blockchain use cases. He has been engaged with blockchain consortium groups, policy makers, regulators, and governments across the world.
He is an alumnus of Said Business School, Oxford University – Blockchain Strategy Programme, 2018; holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen – United Kingdom, 2015; studied Private and Public International Law at the Hague Academy – The Netherlands, 2013; and completed his BSc in Law – Lebanon, 2007.
