Arturo Gonzalez-Martinez is a Regulatory professional with 30 years’ experience in the field. His professional work began in Mexico, expanded across all Latin America and more recently includes Japan. He joined GlaxoSmithKline Mexico in 2009 as Regulatory Affairs Director for chemical synthesis drug products, biopharmaceuticals and vaccines. Since 2016, he transferred to GSK Vaccines head-office in Belgium as Director Regulatory Regional Expert for Latin America and Japan, his focus is on vaccine regional regulatory strategy and advocacy.
He holds a degree in Microbiology from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico and a PhD in Immunology from the National Institute of Medical Research, UK
