Jeffrey has over 27 years of experience in the global energy, infrastructure and InfraTech sectors. His breadth of accomplishments have been in asset management, investment management and acquisitions/divestitures which collectively have directly/indirectly contributed in excess of $1.3 billion in stakeholder value with various electricity, gas and telecoms companies in Europe and North America. Most recently, as Senior Advisor to Finadvice AG, Jeffrey has been advising on various infrastructure/energy-related assets in Europe and the United States with institutional investors and strategics around the world. Jeffrey’s prior position was Director of Investment and Asset Management at First State Investments’ European Diversified Infrastructure Fund. He also served ten years in the US and Europe with Southern Company/Mirant Corporation, during which he spent five years successfully privatizing and restructuring Berlin’s electric and gas utilities. Jeffrey is also responsible for creating two EnergyTech funds, the first which was founded in 1994.
Jeffrey is also editor of two books: Managing Risks In Infrastructure Investments and Best Practice in Infrastructure Asset Management. In addition, he is the co-author of the White Paper on the “Development and Integration of Renewable Energy: Lessons Learned From Germany” and has authored several articles as well. Jeffrey has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown.
