Dr. Stopper is the Chief Learning Officer & Director of Learning and Development at the University of California, Berkeley. She is responsible for the team who creates and delivers campus-wide learning initiatives supporting supervisory, management, functional, technical and non-technical learning efforts for the campus's 6,000+ staff and faculty administrators. In addition, her team is responsible for onboarding, re-boarding and overall employee engagement programming, as well as all campus career and professional development programming. In addition to her work at UC Berkeley, Dr. Stopper is a faculty member with Penn State World Campus, where she has developed and is teaching a course for the online Master of Professional Studies degree in Organization Development and Change titled Marketing Organization Development.
