Bharath is currently the Group head for Employee Engagement at Abdul Latif Jameel, a conglomerate of 25+ companies spread across 10 countries.
Bharath has about 12 years of experience and is an expert in the areas of Employee Engagement, Talent & Performance Management. He is an MBA in HR and started his career as an HR consultant and has worked with multiple global organizations across different HR projects. In 2014, he started his own MSME manufacturing automotive parts in Chennai.
Following his passion of human resources, he joined Royal Bank of Scotland as part of their Leadership Development team and managed their “high potential” development program among other development programs. He was recognized as “Top 3 HR talents” in the organization.
In 2017, he joined ALJ, as part of their Talent management and Performance management team. He lead the “high potential” development program, Management Trainee Program, PMS for Managerial staff and sales force succession planning program.
In 2019, he joined the employee experience team to support in transforming the employee engagement program. He helped to launch the new initiative on engagement and lead the efforts to make it one of the most successful initiatives at the company.
He is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and an ICF certified coach. Apart from work he is an avid cyclist, trekker and all things outside.
