Claudia Maldonado is a Principal Investment Consultant for Mercer Wealth. She joined Mercer Financial Services Middle East on 1 September 2016 and officially relocated to Dubai, UAE on 1 October 2016.

Claudia is focused on driving defined contribution savings and financial wellbeing initiatives across the region, and is the project lead for Mercer on the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings (DEWS) Plan.

In addition, Claudia has been involved in driving business development across Mercer’s lines of business (including Career and Health) and has influenced the sales processes within the Mercer team, driving disciplined execution to ensure enhanced performance.
