At the cross roads of HR and Technology, Dena Almansoori is one of the leading HR practitioners in her field responsible for leveraging Organisation Network Analyses (ONA), People Science, and AI Technologies, specifically Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to help organizations make data driven decisions regarding how they Attract, Hire, Promote, Engage, and Retain Top Talent.

A former CHRO and now Founder & CEO of her own HR Tech company, WhiteBox HR, she holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Finance from Boston University, and more recently completed a program on Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

A global citizen and avid traveler, she has lived and worked in 4 Continents across 5 Industries and is passionate about improving the Employee Experience (EX) through innovative talent strategies.
