A principal consultant in talent assessment and development and Head of Talent Solutions in the Middle East office, David has 17 years’ experience in the field of occupational psychology and consulting across a range of sectors including public and private sector organisations.

He has worked internationally across Europe and the GCC and is an experienced designer of talent solutions for clients across the full talent management cycle. David completed his Doctoral studies around the subject of Talent Management (particularly in Non-Western Regions), and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
