Iftikhar Nadeem has helped senior leaders to experience an accelerated personal and professional learning and growth that resulted in higher organizational performance. Iftikhar has enabled leaders achieve peak performance through a living energetic life and focused orientation for results for themselves and their teams.

Iftikhar is an executive leadership coach and Director organizational excellence at a large and prestigious organization in the Middle East. He has more than 30 years of experience marked with excellence in Leadership Advisory, Executive Leadership Coaching, Training & Development, Enterprise Digital Transformations, Strategy and Performance Management Consulting across various industries including Government, Higher Education, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Information Technology sectors mainly in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.

Previously, he led large scale change programs in the most prestigious organizations in Saudi Arabia. These programs involved digital transformations and customer-focused information technology-enabled business solutions. Iftikhar has mastered the science and art of people side of change and developed deeper understanding of the local context and culture.

Iftikhar has coached hundreds of senior managers including some high profile leaders in Saudi Arabia and UAE and accumulated more than 3,000 coaching hours. These leaders are from the corporate and government sectors and members of the Royal family.

Since 2012, Iftikhar has educated a large number of executives as coach based on competencies of International Coach Federation (ICF). His coach training programs are accredited by ICF in various formats including CCE, ACSTH and ACTP.

He holds a PhD in leadership coaching from Canterbury Christ Church University in the United Kingdom. Earlier, he earned his MS in systems engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 1993.

He has also completed the advanced management program (MyGlobe) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France in 2006, and Business Strategy and HR Strategy programs from London Business School in 2008.

Above all, he is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified professional practitioner for various assessments including MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Emotional Intelligence (EQi), Global Leadership by Marshall Goldsmith, Kirkpatrick and ELi (Energy Leadership Index) . He is also certified trainer for Corporate Athlete program by J&J Human Performance Institute based out of Orlando, Florida.
