Dr. Scott Cawood, CCP, GRP, CSCP, CBP, is the CEO of WorldatWork, the leading global Remuneration and Rewards Association. Scott has held executive leadership positions at WL Gore, Revlon, and the Great Place to Work Institute, which selects Fortune magazine's 100 Best Places to Work.
Scott has served as the President of Synygy, a global sales compensation company where he began as its CHRO. Scott holds degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Pennsylvania, where he is a Wharton Fellow and earned distinction on his dissertation, which focused on how new hires are enculturated.
He has completed five WorldatWork certifications and will have the honor of being a published Forbes author when his new book is released in 2023, entitled The New Work Exchange.
