Eric HAFNER is a true and passionate Senior Human Capital Business Partner, French citizen, graduated in International Management at EHL (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), Lausanne, in Switzerland, with a certification in Strategic Human Capital Management from MCE Brussels, who has shaped high-performing cultures at Fortune 500 and major growth brands within the MENA region since 1998, in private and government sectors, in small entities and large family-owned conglomerates, and in very diverse industries, with progressive technical resources, prolific communications and robust development programs that bring double-digit revenue growth. Eric employs current human capital practices that attract and retain high-potential talents and develops an executable strategy that motivates teams individually and collectively to exceed the business objectives through various economic cycles. He has been leading top HR executive operational roles since 1998 in Dubai, and in 2009 founded HAFNER CONSULTANTS, a Human Capital focused consultancy practice, operating mainly in the UAE and the Middle-East region, with the expertise in strategic and operational human resources management, corporate governance, board and family advisory and delivering state-of-the-art Human Resources support and technical know-how to companies in need to start up or enhance their businesses, through best practice HR policies & procedures and strategies.
