Gabriella Frank is a Human Resource Specialist at Globalization Partners.

Gabriella joins the company with over 7 years’ Human Resources experience, having previously worked as an HR Practitioner for a large FMCG business. Her knowledge and skills extend into the full Human Resources portfolio – ranging from employee relations, industrial relations, payroll and benefits management, change management and implementation, HR strategic partner, performance management and other ad hoc inputs into HR related projects (most notably assisting in a large acquisition process and changing of work practices).

Gabriella has a Bachelor’s and Honours Degree from the University of Cape Town – majoring in Organisational Psychology. Gabriella recently received a distinction for her work in an Emerging Leaders Programme through Nelson Mandela University. Gabriella is currently based in Cape Town, South Africa.
