Gretchen Moxcey

Gretchen Moxcey is a Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer at KPMG Lower Gulf, where she leads the People, Performance and Culture function in support of over 1700 Partners and employees in the UAE and Oman. Gretchen is responsible for business growth by leading all aspects of the people strategy to ensure KPMG builds a culture that attracts, develops and retains the best talent. She has three decades of human resources experience, including over twenty years in Big Four professional services. She has received recognition for building an award-winning Global Mobility and Immigration center of excellence, and HR implementations in digitization, process improvement, offshoring and business process outsourcing. Before life in professional services, Gretchen was with Fidelity Investments, responsible for leading its HR strategy and operations across retail and institutional brokerage businesses in the US and UK. She started her career with Bank of America where she led learning and development for the consumer bank. Gretchen is an MBA from Babson College, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Simmons University, both in the US, and is GPHR certified. On a personal front, she enjoys building and restoring residential and commercial properties, and has run her own business.
