Gwen is an Organisational Behaviourist and Gallup Strengths Coach, having worked in the region for 13 years and with a 20 year career spanning the USA, Europe, UK, Japan and the Middle East. Some projects include: award-winning development programmes and localisation programmes, building lean six sigma academies, organizational savings of $40m, global roll-out of cultural programmes and engagement results worthy of being mentioned at Gallup’s global summit in Omaha.

Her work has spanned many industries, including automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, military, hospitality, construction and engineering. Now she is working in the world’s first fully digital corporate bank as the Head of People & Culture. A single-working mother, and a registered Person of Determination, she is helping the organisation build a strengths-based culture so that they can, as their goal, Make Business Easier.
