Jiten is a commercially aligned business leader and an experienced professional across Sales and HR functions with proven ability to develop and manage people strategies for a diverse workforce with 25 Years’ experience in multiple industries across the region.

Jiten had the privilege to work with senior stakeholders on implementation of company strategy, building organizational capability and delivering bench strength for future. Jiten has worked across different Industries including Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, FMCG, Distribution, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment, F&B and Hospitality.

Post his MBA, with the motto of “Life-Long learning”, Jiten has acquired many skills through action projects and continued his learning journey by adding qualifications like CPLP by ATD, BPS- level A & B, MBTI, NLP Coaching. Jiten is also an assessor of DHDA and have shared his experiences across many forums and seminars as speaker. He is also a guest lecturer for some of the postgraduate and undergraduate courses in various universities. His wide industry knowledge gives him the privilege of being on the judging panel for some of the award categories in the region.

Jiten is very passionate about Sales Transformation, has also applied the Green Belt project learning from SIX SIGMA, have been involved with various M&A projects including Due Diligence & worked on Integration projects and change management. Jiten continues to share his knowledge with younger generation and would like them to learn and grow so that they can create a FUTURE for a beautiful & sustainable world.
