Keith Watson

CIPD Tutor at ICS Learn

Keith has more than 20 years international experience in HR and training.

He has been actively involved with the CIPD in various voluntary capacities and is currently a membership assessor, a member of the Professional Standards Panel (Chair) and a member of the Qualifications Advisory Group. Keith is also a member of the Employment Tribunal, an Equality Act Assessor in the Sheriff Courts, and is a Board Member of the Welcoming Association and is Chair of its People Committee.

Keith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) and the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL); a Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); a Master Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); and holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in Employment Law and Practice from Robert Gordon University.

He worked in the financial services sector for 10 years prior to setting up his HR consultancy in 2016, and his current career portfolio includes being an online CIPD tutor with ICS Learn in the UK and Middle East and an Associate Director with Oakwood International in the UAE.
