Khaled Alhanaky

Sr. Advisor to H.E. the Minister at Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources

Khaled is the senior advisor to his excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources in Saudi Arabia. With more than 27 years of experience in private and public organizations as well as academia, Khaled specializes in organizational leadership and transformation.

He completed his PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego where he researched leadership development in Saudi private sector organizations.

In his previous work experience, Khaled led a transformation program at one of the top-100 Saudi companies. The project focused on restructuring a 3,000-employee business and creating an engaging work environment and organizational culture, which led to winning the Best Company To Work For award.

A life-long learner, Khaled is always looking for new professional and personal experiences that enrich his journey. His hobbies include travel and endurance sports such as long-distance running.
