She is deeply passionate about employee engagement, learning design and delivery, culture creation, and corporate wellbeing. A qualified engineer, Kimi enjoyed a 12-year career as a management and IT consultant before switching careers to follow her passion. Her certifications include a registered nutritionist, co-active coach, certified HR professional (SHRM-CP), trained mindfulness instructor (SIYLI), and project manager (PMP). When not working, Kimi likes to play with her dog Pepper, spend time with loved ones, and go on adventurous holidays.
