In 2002, I joined AD Police and started working as a Network Technician. At the same time, I was passionate about furthering my educational qualifications. Thus, I worked hard in parallel and earned my Higher Diploma (HD) degree at CNET and from the HCT Al Ain, as well as my Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking.

In 2009, I moved to New York and applied to Syracuse University, where I completed my Master's degree in Telecommunication Network Management. In 2018, I earned my PhD in Project Management. I attended over 100 events, workshops, and conferences, both internally and externally, most of which were about network security and telecommunication.

Despite my busy role as the Telecom Section Manager at AD Police GHQ, I also serve as the Telecom Committee Manager for various events around AD city, such as the Grand Prix Formula One event.
