Dr. Bhandar is a passionate educator working with adult learners from the industry, training them on leadership, management and business skills and inspiring them for life-long learning through skills based webinars and virtual training sessions. Adept at designing and delivering bespoke executive education programs across industries all over the world for Senior leaders to first time managers. Proven teaching track record in online, in-person and blended training programs. She has over 18 years of experience both in Industries such as Software & Manufacturing Sectors and have been a SME at the National University of Singapore, U21Global and GlobalNxt. Dr Bhandar obtained her PhD from the National University of Singapore in 2007. Her research interests are in knowledge management, online learning and Women’s leadership. She is actively involved in the design and delivery of programs and solutions for Women leadership and Emerging women programs.
