As an Irish man abroad, I have been lucky to call Dubai my home for the last few years. By working, initially in the recruitment industry, before moving into the SAAS learning space, I have had the privilege to consult with businesses all around the world on their learning and talent journeys. Helping these companies both find new staff and develop the talent they already have, has given me some fantastic insights into how to get the best of your employees.

Working in XpertLearning has allowed me to bring my experience to the Middle East and opened my eyes to the ever-growing levels of digital transformation in this region. I am fortunate to work in a business that can cater for such a wide array of our customers needs. Cornerstone On Demand is a great example of this. Their integrated talent management system has seen some of the biggest companies across the GCC transform their Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Succession strategies. It has helped streamline many of their internal processes while reducing work for HR teams and Managers and giving their staff the chance to succeed and progress in their careers.
