Profile

Mhorag joined LBS in late 2019 to grow and develop the Alumni Career Centre. She has varied experience across Asset Management and HR Executive Search, Higher Education, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to relocating back to London in 2019, Mhorag worked in the HR Centre of Expertise for Global Executive Search firm Korn Ferry, based out of their Zurich Office.

She is a trained Coach, aligned with the Association for Coaching and is a certified Belbin and MHS Emotional Intelligence diagnostic facilitator. She also coaches and mentors' mid-career and leadership professionals across a variety of industries through her own coaching practice careeriosity.co and sits on the Board of the Coaches for Advancing Professionals (CAP) Alliance – an organisation supporting leading Business Schools globally to enhance their effectiveness in working with Executive MBA, Part-Time MBA and Alumni communities.

In her earlier career Mhorag worked in academic research commercialisation, postgraduate skills development and cross-industry employer engagement for the business school at the University of Edinburgh. Mhorag completed her Masters in Global Human Resources in 2012. She chose to write her thesis on values-based recruitment, conceptualising a new model of recruitment for organisations with strong values-based cultures. This was preceded by MA studies at the University of Edinburgh in Business and French.
