Michael McCallum

VP at WorldatWork

Michael is an international marketing and business development executive whose passion is leading nonprofit professional associations on their mission to drive global growth to serve their members worldwide. He is currently Vice President, Global Development for WorldatWork, The Total Rewards Association where he leads their internationalization strategy. He is responsible for identifying, creating, and sustaining partnerships abroad in order to grow the global education delivery network.

In prior positions, Michael has worked in similar global leadership roles with large association such as the Society of Human Resource Management, The Institute of Internal Auditors, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has also served corporations as Chief Marketing Officer and other leadership roles in global healthcare, global mobility and training and development.

He holds a Global MBA from the Thunderbird University of School of Global Management and a BS in Economics for the University of Virginia. He has served expatriate assignments in five countries and traveled to over seventy.
