As President, Mihai is responsible for the global operations of WorldatWork, the leading global Remuneration and Rewards association. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience in Sales Compensation and Sales Performance Management and has managed organizations and staff across three continents. Having lived and worked in several countries during his career, Mihai embodies WorldatWork’s commitment to a global organization and mission. Mihai holds an MBA from Drexel University and attained the CCP, GRP and CSCP certifications from WorldatWork.
