Mohammed Al-Riyami is Board Member in Oman Society of Human Resources Management (OSHRM) and also qualified as associate member from CIPD (Chartered Institution of Personnel and Development). He was also awarded in 2014 as one of the youngest leaders in Oman (Business Professional Award 2014).

Mohammed Al-Riyami is Certified Human Resources Professional in a number of key functional areas within HRM mainly Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance management and talent management. Total of 18 years of experience, working in different sectors (Government, Oil & Gas, Consultation, and Telecommunication) have enabled him to build good business understanding of various industries and given him the opportunity to develop strong expertise in HRM.

He is currently working as Customer Care General Manager at Omantel.
