Monica Dafcik is Director of Corporate Partnerships in EMEA at Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania since 2015. She is responsible for the design and development of blended customized learning solutions for global organizations and manages a high-level portfolio of clients. She has more than 10 years of experience in Executive Education.

Prior to joining Wharton and IESE Executive Education, Monica was the Director of Premium Lifestyle Magazines such as Elle and Elle Deco for 25 years.

She holds an AMP from IESE Business School and lives in Europe (Germany and Spain). She speaks Spanish, German, and French.
