Rob is Indeed's Director of Employer Insights and has over 10 years of digital recruitment experience. He joined Indeed in 2014 when the recruitment technology start up he was a founding member of, MoBolt Inc. was acquired. Prior to this he spent 5 years at Monster Worldwide and was a member of their global advisory board.

He joined the recruitment technology space after spending some time travelling the world enjoying various ancient temples, scuba diving, trekking, mountain biking, rafting, and more temples. Before his travel adventure he worked at each of the two leading global consumer & business data companies, Experian & Equifax. He read economics and statistics at university.
