An experienced business leader with deep functional expertise in Human Capital and Business Management, Sandeep is the Chief Executive Officer of PeopleStrong.

With a career spanning over two decades, Sandeep spent 17 years at Aon (formerly, Hewitt Associates) and was the CEO for their India & South Asia region. In his consulting career he worked extensively with CEO, CHRO’s and boards to build and execute on a value creation plan focused on Talent and Organisation transformation.

He has actively advised the Governments of India and Sri Lanka on HR initiatives, served for three years on the advisory board of the Centre of Corporate Governance & Citizenship at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and currently is an Independent Director at Burger King India.

Sandeep believes that practicing balance is a sure way to celebrate abundance in life and achieve more. When he is not on the corporate treadmill, he enjoys a generous dose of running, nature, friends, and beer. He admires the role of the Armed Forces in society and evangelizes the cause of veteran reintegration and their transition into meaningful corporate careers.
