Shailaja has over 24 years of experience in enterprise software with organizations like Ramco Systems and Infosys Technologies.

She has been part of the Ramco Systems – MEA team based in Dubai for the last 15 years contributing to the organization’s growth across the region.

Her expertise includes HR and Global Payroll solution consulting for customers across multiple industry verticals like F & B, Retail, BFSI, Staffing and Manufacturing.

She currently heads solution advisory for Ramco Systems for Middle East and Africa. She is a postgraduate from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, India with a keen interest in helping organizations solve business problems using the latest technology.
