Todd Brodie, PhD., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, CHRP, Chartered FCIPD, PCC, HRMP is a Senior Human Resources Leader who assists in setting global organizations on the path to success by employing current talent management approaches to attract, retain and develop high-potential talent throughout North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, West Africa, MENA, European Union and United Kingdom. He has been recognized as a developer and implementer of strategies that motivate international teams and individuals to meet or exceed financial, operational, growth and customer service objectives in the Insurance, Financial Services, Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment, Casino and Professional Services industries. in both Human Resources and in a Front-Line capacity.
Todd has provided direction to numerous full-functional Human Resource teams to deliver quality, efficient, cost-effective HR solutions within companies ranging from non-profit to large global organizations. The ability to align strategic business initiatives with human resource policies and programs such as, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Executive Coaching, Performance Management, Organizational Change Management, and Organizational Development have been his strength. As a consultant, Todd has been engaged in providing specialized project guidance and advice in the areas of Employee Satisfaction and Engagement, Employee Retention, Organizational Restructuring, Pre/Post Merger and Acquisition Integration, HR Operations, as well as Immigration and Expatriate Administration.
Todd has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) degree in Management and Leadership Development with a focus on the identification of supportive leadership attributes and how these positively impact an organization.
