Advisor of Digital Transformation at Office of Senior Leadership, UAE Government Entity

Vineesha is the digital transformation advisor to the senior government leadership. Prior to this, she has provided digital advisory to 40+ public sector organizations and Fortune 500 companies. She has executed digital transformation and designed digital strategies with a key focus on people, culture and change management. She has also been responsible for internal digital capability building and talent acquisition for organizations to realize their transformation goals.

She aims to promote a culture of continuous innovation and transformation and specializes in translating leadership vision into an actionable strategy. She has worked on setting up robust digital workforce to work alongside humans and implementing HR transformation initiatives using machine learning and other emerging technologies.

Additionally, she is the Country Chairperson for Technology and Innovation chapter for a non-profit global organization creating opportunities of women. She has received multiple awards from UAE govt. and MNC’s. Some recent ones include ‘Global Rising Star of Technology’ by the UK’s top tech jury, ‘Honorary Women in Tech 2022’, and ‘Middle East Women Leader 2022’.
